Black Olives
Olives are harvested before ripening, turning black during the oxidation process. Placed in brine prior to oxidation, these black olives exhibit enhanced color and texture.

Kalamata Olives
Kalamata olives are famous for their unique flavor and texture. It is a dark-purple, oval fruit with a smooth, meaty texture, naturally fermented and cured in vinegar.
